Rasmus Skov Olesen
I am a PhD fellow at the Department of Geosciences and Natural Resource Management, University of Copenhagen in Denmark. My PhD project aims to uncover linkages between forests and rural people’s dietary quality in Tanzania.
I have a profound and broad interest in coupled human-nature dynamics and in how changes in land-use management shape local people’s livelihood and life opportunities. I have fieldwork experience from a number of different countries, including Ghana, Vietnam, South Africa, Laos, Tanzania, and Benin.
